I used to be the quiet one too.

"Not because I was born confident, but because of small steps, taken every day."
I grew up in a single-room rental house. I was raised to be humble, put family first, and never ask for much. So I learned to stay quiet and make myself small.
People made fun of my looks, my height, my weight. I believed them. I was afraid to speak, and I felt small in meetings.
I started out working for $6 an hour. It took years of hard work, focus, and learning to love myself to get to where I am now, running my own business and leading teams and clients.
Today I speak up in meetings, give presentations, and handle tough moments calmly. If I could do it, you can too.
